How to make a call
Step 1International numbers must be saved in Contacts starting with "00" or the "+" sign. UK numbers can be saved as normal.
Step 2Press the BlackBerry Menu button after selecting the contact number stored, and select "Call using Auracall"
Step 3Caller will see "Pausing for 3 seconds" shortly afterwords on the screen. Please hold on the line and wait to be connected.
Step 4To redial, press the * sign and enter the destination number starting with 00 followed by the # sign when prompted. Do not press the 'Call' button again at this stage.

The Auracall Smartphone Apps allows you to use the T-Talk service without the need to dial an access number as the application will do it for you automatically.
Normally it is cheaper to use the Auracall T-Talk service to call international numbers (Numbers starting with "+" or "00").
Android T-Talk App
Once it is switched ON, the application will automatically route your calls by using Auracall's access number. This will whenever you dial an international number (a number starting with "00" or "+" and NOT a UK number).
Once the 0800 / 0845 / 0870 / 0500 option is switched ON the phone will dial these numbers via Auracall's T-Talk service.
The Auracall android app allows you to easily use the T-Talk service when dialling any number from your favourites list, recent calls, contacts or using the keypad directly.
iPhone T-Talk App
The Auracall iPhone App allows you to easily use the T-Talk service when dialling any number from your favourites list, recent calls, contacts or using the keypad directly.
There is no need to dial any access numbers as the application will do it for you automatically.
It is normally cheaper, to use the Auracall T-Talk service to call international numbers (Numbers starting with "+" or "00") and UK numbers starting with 0800/0845/0870/0500

- Ask the bill payer's permission before using the service.
- Text to 89905 or 89910 will cost you £5.00 plus your standard mobile network rates and will be charged by your mobile service provider. Text to 65656 will cost you £10.00 plus your standard mobile network rates and will be charged by your mobile service provider.
- Calls billed per minute, include VAT & apply from the moment of connection. Connection fee varies between 0p & 25p depending on the destination.
- You might be charged by your operator for the call to an access number even if the destination number is engaged or the call is not answered. Auracall T-Talk will only charge you when your call to the destination number is connected. Please replace the handset after a short period if the calls are engaged or unanswered.
- A surcharge of 6ppm is applied if 0800 access number is used.
- Calls to 03 access numbers cost no more than a national rate call to an 01 or 02 number and must count towards any inclusive minutes in the same way as 01 and 02 calls.
- A surcharge of 0.5ppm is applied if 01 or 02 access number is used
- Credit expires 90 days from the last top-up. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Top Up amounts are limited to £20 per day and £120 per month for each UK mobile number
- Virgin media customers can top-up online by PayPal, Credit or Debit Card but cannot top-up via text message. Vodafone customers must only use the service from the mobile which has been used to buy the international calling credit.
- Evening & Weekends - 6pm to 8am Mon to Fri, Sat & Sun. Daytime - 8am to 6pm Mon to Fri.
