My Handset is Locked

If your SIM does not work when you first place it into your mobile,then your phone may be locked.
If you have been with your current provider for more than 1 year this lock can be removed for free. Please contact your current provider directly to request the code that will allow you to unlock your phone.

If you have had your handset for less than one year you should ask your handset provider how much it will cost to unlock your phone.

How can I deactivate my voice mail service?

To deactivate your Auracall Mobile Voicemail service: dial 1210 followed by the call button.
To reactivate dial 1213 followed by the call button.


How do I pay for my Auracall Mobile SIM usage?

When you register to the service we will take from you, your credit or debit card details. We will then require an initial upfront payment for the monthly package that you have chosen. Subsequently within 14 calendar days of the date of the bill we will take a payment in advance from your nominated card for your monthly package, plus all out of bundle calls made in the previous month.


How can I find my monthly usage breakdown?

Auracall Mobile will send you a monthly invoice to your registered email showing all the required information.


For how long I am obligated to use the Auracall Mobile Service?

Your obligation is limited to a 30 days rolling contract. If you wish to stop using us please call our 24/7 Helpline on 020 8497 4622.


Is there any penalty charges if I cancel my service?

There is a £25+VAT charge to port out your number if the service is used for less than 12 months.


Where can I find my Auracall MobileSIM number?

Once you've inserted your new Auracall Mobile SIM, you can view your number by dialling *#100#.


Can I keep / transfer my existing mobile number?

Of course. Transferring your existing mobile number to Auracall Mobile is easy. Just follow the simple steps below:

  • Contact the Customer Service department of your existing provider, tell them you wish to change provider and ask them for your PAC code.Check with them that there is no charge for this.
  • Once you receive your PAC code, call Auracall Mobile Customer Services and one of our Customer Representatives will help you to begin the transfer process.

Please note: Auracall Mobile has porting arrangements established with the majority of UK mobile network providers excluding Vodafone. Please ask a Customer Service Representative which networks are enabled for porting when you call.

Dial our access number 0344 545 0065 (Calls to 03 numbers are included as part of your inclusive minutes allowances). Upon hearing the voice prompt, enter your destination number including the full country code starting with “00” and follow with #.


Can I make an international call without using Auracall Mobile access number?

Yes, please call our 24/7 Helpline on 020 8497 4622 and ask our team to activate your international service. Call rates will be more expensive than using our access number. Please check our rates online.


I have purchased a Poland Bundle do I need to use an Auracall Mobile access number?

Yes, dial our access number 0344 545 0065 (Calls to 03 numbers are included as part of your inclusive minutes allowances). Upon hearing the voice prompts enter your destination number including Poland country code (0048) and follow with #.


Can I use a Smartphone App to make international calls without the need to dial your access number?

Yes, the Auracall Free Smartphone App allows you to use the service without the need to dial an access number, as the application will do it for you automatically.


What mobile handsets can I use with Auracall Mobile?

The handset needs to be compatible with the internationally recognised GSM standards, adopted by all the major handset manufacturers. My SIM card is lost/ stolen. How do I prevent someone else from using it?

Can I send Premium SMS and make Premium Calls Using Auracall Mobile?

No we do not offer Premium SMS or Premium Calling as part of our product offering.


How much does it cost to access the voicemail?

Your Auracall Mobile Voicemail service has been automatically activated. To access your voicemail from your Auracall Mobile in the UK dial 121. Calls to access the voicemail are absolutely free.


How do I activate roaming facility using Auracall Mobile?

Roaming services are barred by default if you wish to use the Auracall Mobile service abroad call our 24/7 Helpline on 020 8497 4622 and they will activate your roaming service.


Why I cannot send/receive SMS?

Please check the Message Centre Number (MCN) in your SMS settings – it should be +447785016005 for Auracall Mobile UK. If you see a different number, enter +447785016005 and turn your handset off and on and re-try sending any unsent SMS. If the problem remains please contact our 24/7 Helpline on 020 8497 4622.
