  • Calls billed per minute, include VAT & apply from the moment of connection. Connection fee varies between 0p & 25p depending on the destination.
  • You might be charged by your operator for the call to an access number even if the destination number is engaged or the call is not answered. Auracall T-Talk will only charge you when your call to the destination number is connected. Please replace the handset after a short period if the calls are engaged or unanswered.
  • A surcharge of 6ppm is applied if 0800 access number is used.
  • Calls to 03 access numbers cost no more than a national rate call to an 01 or 02 number and must count towards any inclusive minutes in the same way as 01 and 02 calls.
  • A surcharge of 0.5ppm is applied if 01 or 02 access number is used
  • Credit expires 90 days from the last top-up. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Top Up amounts are limited to £20 per day and £120 per month for each UK mobile number
  • Virgin media customers can top-up online by PayPal, Credit or Debit Card but cannot top-up via text message. Vodafone customers must only use the service from the mobile which has been used to buy the international calling credit.
